The role partners with senior leaders to align initiatives and objectives, establish planning and performance forums, and track delivery, benefits, and results. Responsibilities include identifying performance gaps and risks, coordinating improvement across teams, and overseeing workforce and financial performance in partnership with relevant functions. The successful candidate will also ensure reliable performance data and governance, advise on vendor strategy, and build organizational capability through coaching and consistent practices. Candidates should bring substantial leadership experience in technology performance, strategy execution, business management, delivery enablement, or portfolio governance. They should be skilled in enterprise planning, prioritization, objectives and key results, and connecting investment, workforce, delivery, and performance insights to business outcomes. Strong financial and analytical judgment, the ability to identify risks early, and confidence influencing senior stakeholders are essential.
