Vice President, Alpha Data Solutions Architect Greater Sydney, Australia Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Data Solutions Architect to guide clients through solution evaluation, implementation, adoption, and ongoing improvement. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing solutions, coordinating development and testing, supporting go-live and post-launch activities, and tracking delivery against client expectations. The role also leads new requirements and scope management, resolves data issues with technical and business teams, and establishes standard operating procedures. As a client advocate, the architect will identify opportunities to improve service quality and the overall client experience. Candidates should bring 12 or more years of experience in data management, product, or market data roles, along with a university degree in computer science, data management, or a related technical field. Required expertise includes asset management data across front, middle, and back offices; financial services data domains; SQL; and data management and governance practices. Business analysis, project management, integration troubleshooting, and strong communication and influencing skills are essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing tools is an advantage.
