The Company is seeking a Vice President, Senior AI Security Engineer to establish and scale its enterprise AI security and agentic AI program. The role will design and deploy secure AI agents for cybersecurity operations, including incident investigation, threat analysis, vulnerability prioritization, compliance monitoring, and remediation workflows. Responsibilities include developing enterprise AI solutions, setting governance frameworks and engineering standards, implementing safeguards against AI-related risks, and integrating agents with security and business systems. The engineer will partner with security, risk, compliance, legal, and technology teams to support responsible, compliant adoption of AI. Candidates should have at least five years of security engineering experience and three years of hands-on experience building enterprise generative AI, agentic AI, or copilot-based solutions. Required expertise includes AI security and governance, agent development and orchestration, cloud AI services, retrieval-augmented generation, enterprise integrations, Python, and REST APIs. Applicants should understand model risk management, responsible AI, regulatory requirements, and controls such as role-based access, approvals, audit logging, and monitoring. Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills are required; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field—or relevant certifications or equivalent experience—is expected.
