Vice President, Product

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product to set product direction and lead product management, translating customer needs, market insights, and business strategy into focused roadmaps and measurable outcomes. The role owns end-to-end execution across product, design, and engineering, including clear specifications, prioritization, delivery predictability, release quality, and operating processes. The leader will maintain feedback loops with customers and go-to-market teams, ensure product releases are clearly positioned, and guide product managers and designers. They will also strengthen decision-making, accountability, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including at least three years leading product managers and cross-functional delivery. They need a record of scaling enterprise product practices, strong product judgment, excellent communication, and the ability to translate technical complexity into customer outcomes. Experience building, adopting, or scaling AI-native processes is required. Preferred qualifications include experience in security or data governance, familiarity with cloud infrastructure and AI platforms, and close collaboration with design, product marketing, and sales enablement teams. The role calls for customer focus, evidence-driven decision-making, urgency, ownership, and strong technology leadership.
