Head of Digital Solutions

The Company is seeking a Head of Digital Solutions to define its digital direction, develop strategic initiatives, and introduce customer-focused solutions that support and expand its core business. Responsibilities include developing and managing a decentralized digital organization, overseeing digital solutions from concept through delivery, and leading the shift to agile, product-oriented ways of working. The role will integrate digital initiatives with core operations and align them with technical and commercial needs. It will also involve building and leading interdisciplinary teams, fostering an innovative and accountable culture, and developing strategic partnerships with technology providers and industry stakeholders. Candidates should have a completed business or technical degree and 7–10 years of leadership experience in the software or technology sector. International experience building digital business models and a track record of transforming traditional organizations are required. Applicants should bring an entrepreneurial, solution-oriented mindset and experience leading large, interdisciplinary teams and organizational structures of 40 or more employees. A strong understanding of software engineering, software business dynamics, and strategic growth planning is also essential.
