Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to shape its long-term financial strategy and strengthen analytical capabilities in support of business growth and profitability. The CFO will establish financial planning and analysis, develop predictive models and scenario analyses, and assess investments and the feasibility of new commercial opportunities. Responsibilities include leading the development of a Shared Services Center, ensuring accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance, and defining key financial and operational performance indicators. The role will also drive digital transformation across controllership and treasury, while advising executive leadership and shareholders on strategic decisions and risk mitigation. Candidates should bring a strong executive track record in corporate finance leadership, including strategic management of balance sheets, controllership, and treasury in complex operations. Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and governing Shared Services Centers, as well as optimizing operational processes with a focus on compliance, is required. Applicants should also be able to apply technology to financial management and have a solid foundation in corporate accounting, data governance, and integrated management systems.
