Chief Digital & Data Officer (CDO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Digital and Data Officer to provide strategic leadership for its digital agenda and build an integrated Digital, Data and Technology function. The role will lead the development and delivery of a digital strategy, shape the future operating model, and guide data, analytics, artificial intelligence, innovation, enterprise architecture, technology standards, and digital governance. Responsibilities include overseeing the technology portfolio and services, aligning investment with organizational priorities, and developing the frameworks and capabilities needed to deliver the organization’s ambitions. The successful candidate will also build strategic relationships across organizational boundaries and help strengthen digital capability. Candidates should bring experience leading complex organizational change, improvement, or transformation, along with a strong understanding of digital strategy, technology, data, and innovation. They should have experience leading or shaping digital, data, and technology services, programs, or strategic initiatives, and be able to influence senior stakeholders. Commercial awareness and experience working with suppliers and external partners are also required. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking and credible leadership with the ability to create direction and momentum in a complex, evolving environment, and a commitment to innovation and public service.
