Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Real Estate Investment & Development

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and oversee financial planning, capital strategy, reporting, and business performance across a diversified real estate portfolio. The role partners with senior leadership on investment decisions, capital allocation, risk management, and growth, while overseeing budgets, forecasts, financial models, and cash flow. Responsibilities include managing lender and investor relationships; leading or supporting debt and equity financing, refinancing, and capital structure decisions; and providing financial analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, development, and joint ventures. The CFO also oversees multi-entity accounting, reporting, controls, and coordination with external financial and legal advisors. Candidates should bring progressive finance leadership experience, ideally in a CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent role, along with experience in commercial real estate investment, development, asset management, or a related investment-focused field. Strong knowledge of debt financing, capital markets, financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and investment analysis is required. Applicants should also have experience overseeing accounting and reporting across multiple entities and understand real estate acquisitions, development budgets, joint ventures, and portfolio performance. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution. An advanced credential such as a CPA, CFA, or MBA is preferred.
