Chief Innovation Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Innovation Officer to join its executive team and lead innovation strategy across technology-focused markets. The role will build and direct internal research and development investments, establish technology differentiators for business development and proposals, and help delivery teams advance successful pilots into sustained programs. The Chief Innovation Officer will partner with business development, capture, and proposal teams to shape competitive strategies, while representing the organization at industry events and technology forums. The position also contributes to broader growth initiatives, including evaluating opportunities to expand the business. Candidates should bring at least 15 years of relevant technology or innovation experience, including five or more years in an executive role supporting civilian government or health customers. An advanced degree is preferred. Applicants should have a track record of building or scaling research, development, or innovation programs with measurable business impact, along with technical expertise in areas such as AI and machine learning, cloud and DevSecOps, cybersecurity, or digital services. Strong collaboration with business development and proposal teams, executive presence, and excellent communication skills are also required.
