Vice President of Strategy

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to advise its executive team and lead enterprise strategy development, execution, and value creation. Responsibilities include translating strategic plans into initiatives that support growth, margin expansion, operational excellence, and long-term value; conducting market, competitive, and financial analysis; and aligning strategy with operating plans and capital allocation. The role will lead cross-functional initiatives, establish execution measures and governance, and support acquisition strategy, strategic diligence, integration planning, and portfolio optimization. It will also prepare materials and performance insights for board and investor discussions, align organizational priorities and incentives, and lead transformation efforts. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of progressive experience in strategy, consulting, or senior operating roles; directly relevant experience may substitute for the degree. Required qualifications include a record of leading enterprise strategy and transformation, strong financial acumen, and experience partnering with executive leaders, boards, and investors. The role calls for strategic judgment, disciplined execution, and the ability to lead sustainable organizational change. An MBA or related advanced degree and experience in a private equity-backed environment are preferred.
