Associate Vice President, Development Greater West Palm Beach, FL Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Development to lead the strategy, execution, and results of assigned annual fundraising campaigns and initiatives. The role combines supervising and coaching frontline fundraising professionals with personally cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors. Responsibilities include setting campaign priorities, developing volunteer leaders, monitoring performance, and using results to guide fundraising strategies and resource decisions. The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with donors, volunteers, and colleagues while coordinating personalized engagement and ensuring consistent relationship management. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years of progressive nonprofit fundraising experience, including a record of securing significant gifts, growing donor support, and managing portfolios effectively. At least three years of supervisory experience is required, preferably leading frontline fundraising staff. Candidates should demonstrate strong judgment, communication, organization, and the ability to independently develop strategies and deliver measurable results. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, fundraising databases, prospect research, and performance data is required; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and knowledge of Jewish communal philanthropy are preferred.
