Head of M&A & Co-Development

The Company is seeking a Head of M&A & Co-Development to support the growth of its renewable energy portfolio. The role leads the origination and execution of acquisitions, development-stage project investments, and strategic partnerships, from initial assessment through negotiation, closing, and handover. Responsibilities include building relationships with developers, investors, and other stakeholders; assessing project maturity and commercial potential; and coordinating legal, financial, and technical due diligence. The successful candidate will shape transaction strategy and provide investment recommendations and updates to senior leadership. Candidates should have significant experience in M&A, corporate development, investment, or transaction execution in the renewable energy sector, with a record of originating and completing acquisitions, joint ventures, or co-development agreements. Strong knowledge of renewable energy project development, including utility-scale solar and battery storage, is required. Applicants should bring financial and commercial acumen, including the ability to assess valuations, returns, and transaction structures, as well as experience managing complex transactions through due diligence and closing. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
