Chief Operating Officer (COO), Automotive Division

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead its automotive division and oversee a complex, multi-site business. The role is responsible for defining and implementing the division’s development strategy, driving growth and operational performance, and leading a multi-brand, multi-business organization. The COO will build and develop the management team, maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and partners, and engage regularly with teams and customers. The position also calls for advancing a long-term vision while improving service quality and operational excellence. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in general management or senior leadership, including substantial responsibility for complex automotive operations, profit and loss, and senior executives or site directors. Experience with island markets or overseas territories is valued. Required strengths include strategic and financial management, automotive KPI expertise, commercial acumen, negotiation, field leadership, and team development. Professional English proficiency, adaptability, clear communication, and a results-oriented leadership style are also required.
