Associate Vice President, HR Surveillance Remote (anywhere in India)

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, HR Surveillance to execute its global HR surveillance plan and support compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include completing scheduled testing and program deliverables on time, analyzing and presenting quarterly results to senior HR leaders, and maintaining thorough records of tests, issues, and remediation. The role partners with HR managers and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve surveillance issues, support governance activities, and deliver additional projects as needed. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least four years of relevant audit, testing, or surveillance experience in risk management, governance, or compliance; alternatively, six years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree. Required qualifications include experience collaborating across lines of defense and strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in HR functions and handling sensitive information is preferred. Strong project management, analytical, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills are also important.
