Head of Talent Management

The Company is seeking a strategic Head of Talent Management to take ownership of the talent agenda on a national scale. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading talent acquisition, talent management, and learning and development, with a primary focus on building a future-ready workforce, enhancing leadership capabilities, and driving organizational effectiveness. This role is pivotal in partnering with senior business leaders, HR leadership, and global/regional stakeholders to ensure that the talent and leadership strategy is in line with business and HR priorities. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' progressive HR experience, with a strong background in talent acquisition, talent management, and L&D. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing multiple HR Centres of Excellence or integrated talent functions, and a deep understanding of talent management, succession planning, and leadership development frameworks. Key responsibilities include driving the talent and leadership strategy, leading the talent agenda across the country, and representing the organization in regional and global talent forums. The Head of Talent Management will also be tasked with driving continuous improvement, standardization, and innovation in talent processes, and monitoring various outcomes related to talent management and development.
