Vice President, Enterprise PMO Remote (anywhere in Missouri) + 1 more

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise PMO to transform its project management function into a strategic, transparent, and outcomes-focused organization. Responsibilities include establishing enterprise standards for governance, portfolio management, reporting, risk escalation, and delivery accountability, while improving project health and visibility into quality, resources, and execution risks. The role will coordinate delivery across teams and strategic suppliers, align priorities and budgets with senior leaders, and advance the use of automation and AI to reduce administrative work. The Vice President will also lead staff development, performance management, and organizational capability building. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least 10 years of diverse IT experience. Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, workload allocation, and performance management, is required. Applicants should bring strong expertise in project governance, portfolio delivery, and process improvement, along with the ability to use metrics and business insight to improve results. Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
