Vice President of Information Technology

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Information Technology to lead technology strategy and operations across a global hospitality portfolio. The role will set IT direction, lead global and regional teams, manage suppliers, and ensure properties and new openings have secure, reliable, well-adopted systems. Responsibilities include overseeing infrastructure, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance; establishing governance and service standards; and managing core hospitality systems. The Vice President will also develop a growth-aligned technology roadmap, lead technology delivery for new openings, and guide adoption of emerging technologies and organizational change. Candidates should have at least 25 years of IT experience, including senior corporate or group-level technology leadership for a hotel group, and experience supporting more than 30 properties across multiple countries and regions. Strong knowledge across hospitality systems, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, cloud, and data is required, along with a track record delivering technology for new hotel openings. The role also calls for experience leading distributed teams and suppliers, excellent communication skills, and comfort working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment. Luxury or lifestyle hospitality experience is highly desirable; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
