Head of Employee Experience & Growth

The Company is seeking a Head of Employee Experience and Growth to shape how its global workforce is attracted, developed, and supported. The role leads a multidisciplinary team spanning learning and development, wellbeing, equity, diversity and inclusion, reward, and HR operations. Responsibilities include building global talent and recruitment strategies, strengthening a culture of learning and wellbeing, and defining an employee value proposition that supports attraction and retention. The successful candidate will also guide organizational change, improve HR processes, and use workforce data to inform decisions. Candidates should be experienced HR leaders, ideally with a background in international development or nonprofit settings and a record of delivering global talent, recruitment, or learning strategies. Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and the ability to mentor specialists and collaborate across cultures are essential. The role calls for experience with HR systems transitions, process improvement, and data-informed decision-making. A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion is important; the successful candidate must also share the organization’s Christian faith and values.
