Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership across its finance and accounting functions. The role oversees the Controller, financial planning and analysis, and outsourced accounting operations. The CFO will partner with the CEO on operational strategy, business performance, and growth initiatives, while supporting go-to-market strategy, sales structure, pricing, and organizational planning. The position also provides financial insights and executive leadership to investors and board members. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with prior CFO experience. Relevant experience in consulting, professional services, staffing, talent solutions, or a related service industry is required. Experience in a private equity-backed organization is preferred. Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are essential.
