President, Consulting Solutions

The Company is seeking a President to lead and grow its consulting practice serving rural telecommunications, broadband, and electric cooperative providers. The role will oversee a tenured team delivering cost studies, regulatory filings, grant and compliance support, and financial management services. The President will protect and expand the core business while turning early AI-enabled tools into scalable, recurring-revenue offerings. Responsibilities also include guiding the practice’s growth strategy and preparing it for a planned future transition. Candidates should bring 15 or more years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in professional services or consulting within regulated industries, finance, utilities, or telecommunications. Experience leading a consulting practice with its own P&L and managing a substantial team is preferred, as is a track record of growing a business through other leaders while stewarding experienced specialists. Private equity experience is helpful but not required; M&A integration experience is a plus.
