Senior Vice President, Implementation Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Implementation to lead implementations for new and existing clients, system conversions, onboarding, solution design, and service integrations. The role oversees project managers and analysts, ensuring delivery timelines, quality, and client satisfaction while guiding clients and internal teams on software solutions and system integrations. The successful candidate will build processes for planning, tracking, business continuity, scalable operations, and continuous improvement, and report on implementation performance to senior leadership. Responsibilities also include aligning business and technology priorities, managing process-improvement and technology projects, supporting business development, and evaluating potential revenue opportunities. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, with equivalent education and experience also considered. They need at least 10 years of experience implementing complex enterprise software in a software-as-a-service environment, including five or more years in customer-facing roles, and at least five years in senior leadership. Experience managing project teams, delivering projects on time and within budget, and handling multiple initiatives is essential; project management certification is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and client-service skills are required, along with proficiency in office and project-planning tools.
