Vice President of Finance & Accounting

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Accounting to lead its finance function and build scalable, accurate, and efficient financial operations. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, complex multi-entity accounting, audits, cash integrity, and timely property-level and corporate reporting. The role will drive workflow redesign and automation, lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning, and provide financial insights to support strategic and capital decisions. It will also lead and develop a distributed finance team and communicate financial information to executive leadership, investors, and property owners. Candidates should have 15 or more years of finance leadership experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate, with expertise in management agreements, lease accounting, multi-entity operations, property-level financials, and owner reporting. A CPA is preferred, and experience with USALI, GAAP, and multi-jurisdiction tax requirements is valuable. Strong systems skills, including experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and business intelligence tools, are required, along with a record of improving financial workflows and controls. The ideal candidate brings exceptional attention to detail, a forward-looking approach to automation, and the ability to translate complex financial structures into clear insights while leading distributed teams.
