Vice President, Investor Relations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Investor Relations to grow its institutional investor base and raise capital across its investment platform. Responsibilities include developing new investor relationships, expanding existing accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and coordinating engagement with consultants and internal teams. The role also involves arranging investor meetings and events, maintaining accurate interaction records, coordinating proposals and due diligence responses, and providing feedback to improve client materials and messaging. Candidates should have 8–12 years of institutional sales experience in asset management, preferably in private markets, and a record of winning new institutional and family-office relationships and growing existing accounts. Extensive knowledge of private equity, private credit, and real assets or infrastructure is required, along with strong business development, research, and client engagement skills. Applicants should demonstrate sound judgment, initiative, collaboration, and excellent written and presentation abilities. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
