Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8–10 years of experience in medical technology or healthcare operations; sales experience is an advantage. Required capabilities include knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations, financial models, healthcare technology, and digital platforms. The role calls for confidence engaging senior healthcare executives, strong executive-level presentation and communication skills, and the ability to lead in a matrixed environment. Travel within the assigned territory is required.
