Associate Vice President, Revenue Cycle Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President of Revenue Cycle to provide strategic and operational leadership, particularly across self-pay and patient financial services. The role oversees billing, collections, financial assistance, payment arrangements, and account resolution, while driving improvements in revenue performance, efficiency, and the patient financial experience. Responsibilities include setting and monitoring KPIs, using analytics to address performance gaps, and leading process transformation and adoption of automation and AI-enabled approaches. The leader will advise clients and executives, coordinate initiatives across operational and technical teams, and develop high-performing leadership teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, at least seven years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience, and at least five years of leadership experience. Demonstrated expertise in self-pay, patient financial services, collections, healthcare reimbursement, performance analytics, and operational transformation is required, along with strong communication, analytical, and change-management skills. Advanced use of AI and experience guiding teams in adopting AI-enabled processes are also required. A relevant master’s degree, large-scale or multi-client operations experience, enterprise revenue cycle technology knowledge, and relevant industry certifications are preferred.
