Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

The Company is in search of a Head of FP&A to take on a pivotal leadership role in the development and enhancement of the FP&A function, with a focus on driving the overall business strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with working closely with the senior leadership team to provide in-depth financial analysis and commercial recommendations, as well as developing and owning complex financial models to support new business initiatives and investment decisions. This role also involves leading the production of timely and accurate monthly management reporting packs, tracking key performance indicators, and managing cash flow forecasting to inform strategic pivots. Applicants for the Head of FP&A position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior FP&A leadership role, preferably within a high-growth, fast-paced environment. A fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with significant post-qualification experience is essential, as is a background in building and leading high-performing FP&A teams. The role requires deep financial modeling experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage projects in a dynamic, high-growth setting. The Head of FP&A will be instrumental in ensuring that the financial function is aligned with the unique drivers of the business and is capable of providing the necessary support for strategic decision-making.
