Head of Project Management

The Company is in search of a Head of Project Management to oversee a dynamic team at a technical and creative agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team in a product-oriented environment, where experience or a strong interest in product management is essential. This role involves a significant focus on project direction and delivery, as well as a smaller but important aspect of new business support and strategic collaboration with the leadership team. The Head of Project Management will be an Agile advocate, confident in managing technical projects, and will work closely with creative, UX, strategy, development, QA, and design colleagues to ensure the best possible product is conceived and delivered. Applicants for the Head of Project Management position at the company should have a background that includes managing teams of PMs and PDs, as well as experience in managing highly complex programs. The role requires a previous track record of working as a project lead in a client-facing capacity. Day-to-day responsibilities for this role include scoping, budgeting, and defining requirements, as well as maintaining communication, best practices, and handling escalations.
