Chief Production Officer (CPO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Production Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the CEO to define and execute the company's production and operational strategy. This includes leading end-to-end production activities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations and standards. The role also involves overseeing large, multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, supply chain, and mission operations teams. Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years' experience in the space or aerospace industry, with a strong background in production, manufacturing, or operations at a senior level. Extensive leadership experience, particularly in managing large teams within complex organizational structures, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-growth or innovation-driven environments, and possess strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and communication skills. A results-driven mindset, fluency in English, and a willingness to be based in Toulouse or relocate are also required.
