Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in overseeing all financial processes at its production site. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small BPA team, continuously optimizing processes with a strong focus on value creation and compliance, and serving as a finance business partner for the site. This includes providing financial consulting, project support, and preparing business cases. The role also involves the preparation of financial analyses, commentary, and monthly reports, as well as cost and capital control through trend analyses. The Head of Finance will be in charge of budget planning, coordination of measures, and the execution and optimization of financial closings. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a degree in economics, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for those with controlling experience in a production environment. Leadership experience and a deep understanding of planning, budgeting, and analysis are essential. The role requires a candidate with a confident command of ERP systems, particularly S4/Hana, and MS Office, as well as high self-motivation, solution orientation, and a strong analytical, communication, and strategic skill set.
