Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role in overseeing all financial processes at its production site. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small BPA team, driving continuous process optimization with a strong focus on value creation and compliance, and serving as a finance business partner for the site. This includes providing financial consulting, project support, and preparing business cases. The role also involves the creation of financial analyses, monthly reports, cost and capital control, and budget planning. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a degree in economics, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for those with controlling experience in a production environment. Leadership experience and a deep understanding of planning, budgeting, and analysis are essential. The role requires a candidate with a confident use of ERP systems, particularly S4/Hana, and MS Office, as well as high self-motivation, solution orientation, and openness to change. Strong analytical, communicative, and strategic skills are also key attributes for this position.
