Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and execute full-cycle IPO processes, manage relationships with various financial stakeholders, and ensure the company's financial strategy is in line with long-term business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and capital allocation, as well as building scalable financial structures to support growth and expansion. Additionally, the CFO will oversee financial reporting and governance, strengthen internal controls, and lead a high-performing finance team. Key requirements for the CFO position include a CPA qualification, a minimum of 15-20 years' work experience, and a successful track record in end-to-end IPOs, particularly in the HKEx. The role demands a professional with strong exposure to capital markets, M&A, refinancing, and investor relations, and a deep knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS. Familiarity with both the Chinese and global markets is essential, as is fluency in Mandarin. The ideal candidate will also have experience in M&A and fundraising, and be adept at leading and mentoring a finance team while promoting a culture of transparency and business partnership.
