Head of Fund Operations, Private Equity and Real Estate

The Company is seeking a Head of Fund Operations for Private Equity and Real Estate. The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of the Japan leadership team, with a focus on both operational performance and long-term strategy. This role is instrumental in driving business growth by ensuring that local execution is in line with global standards and best practices. The Head of Fund Operations will also be responsible for leading the evolution of complex financial operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, particularly for world-class investment funds. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of senior leadership experience in financial services, with a preference for those who have a background in fund administration or fund accounting. Business-level fluency or higher in both English and Japanese is essential. While not mandatory, experience in the private equity or real estate industries is considered a plus. The role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively manage and lead a team, and who is adept at aligning operational processes with the overall business strategy.
