Head of Partnerships & Development

The Company is seeking a Head of Partnerships & Development to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and professionalization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with major donors, partners, and endowment funds, with a focus on securing financial support to accelerate research into the relevant medical field. This role is at the intersection of strategic relationship management, fundraising, and organizational development, and offers the opportunity to work closely with the Director and the team to strengthen the financial foundation and support the organization's sustainable growth. Candidates for the Head of Partnerships & Development position should have a strong background in relationship and commercial management, with experience in partnerships, account management, business development, and fundraising. The role requires a professional with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial approach, who is adept at combining strategic relationship management with organizational development. The ideal candidate will be relationship-oriented, persuasive, and have strong analytical and numerical skills. Experience in a smaller or entrepreneurial organization is a plus, as is a background in data-driven work and KPI management.
