Senior Legal and Compliance Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal and Compliance Counsel to join its international team. This strategic role is pivotal in the organization's transformation, with a focus on strengthening global regulatory framework and governance standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level legal advice on a wide range of commercial, regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters, and will play a key part in the company's expansion while ensuring robust governance, compliance, and risk management across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include the development and maintenance of compliance frameworks, supporting regulatory engagement, and managing legal and regulatory risks. The ideal candidate for this role is a qualified lawyer with a strong background in commercial law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Experience in highly regulated sectors such as technology, digital, online platforms, or fintech is advantageous. The role requires a commercially astute individual with excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, who is comfortable operating in a dynamic, multicultural, international environment. The Senior Legal and Compliance Counsel will also be expected to manage relationships with external counsel, monitor legal and regulatory developments, and work closely with internal stakeholders to implement practical, commercially focused solutions.
