Head of Finance, Private Credit

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance for its private credit division. This pivotal role is suited to a top-tier professional with a background in a Big 4 firm or an established fund financial controller, ready to take on a more commercially impactful leadership position. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a high-growth phase, leading a 10-person finance team and responsible for all financial aspects of the business, including financial reporting, fund accounting, performance analysis, FP&A, forecasting, and strategic planning. The role also involves close partnership with investment teams on cash flow, liquidity, and portfolio performance, as well as overseeing audit, compliance, and regulatory activities. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be CA/CPA qualified, with a background in a Big 4 firm (Audit or Deals) and exposure to funds, particularly in the private credit, real assets, or alternatives space.
