Head of Group IT HR Services

The Company is seeking a Head of Group IT HR Services to lead end-to-end HRIS implementation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with local systems and alignment with global HR strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department in the integration with Oracle HCM, collaborating with HR operations, finance, and ICT to optimize HR systems, and driving the evolution of the HRIS ecosystem. This role requires a strategic partner to HR leadership, with a focus on digital HR trends, system capabilities, and leveraging technology to enhance HR processes and decision-making. Applicants must have a strong knowledge of Oracle HCM, payroll integration, and related HR technologies, as well as proven experience in digital transformation, project governance, and stakeholder collaboration. A project management certification (PMP or similar) is highly preferred, and the candidate should have at least 10-15 years of experience in HRIS project management, with a leadership background in complex, multi-country implementations. The role also demands a Bachelor's degree in information systems or a similar field, native or bilingual Italian, and good knowledge of the Italian and English languages. The Head of Group IT HR Services will be expected to manage stakeholder communication, oversee project risks, and ensure smooth execution with strong user adoption.
