Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and management of its community organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational, programmatic, financial, and administrative functions, ensuring that the organization delivers on its mission of empowering individuals and families through education, recreation, and cultural enrichment. This role involves direct oversight of various programs, including educational and recreational activities for children, academic and personal development programming, and community facility rentals. The Executive Director will also be tasked with developing and implementing a long-term capital plan, leading fundraising efforts, and fostering a positive, mission-aligned organizational culture. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 5-7 years' experience in operations management, nonprofit administration, or a related field, with a strong background in project management, human resources, marketing, and capital development.
