Head of Business

The Company is seeking a Head of Business for its Japanese subsidiary, a key role during a phase of significant expansion. The successful candidate will be tasked with the overall profitability of the domestic business, leading the full spectrum of activities from strategic planning to execution and organizational management. This includes a strong focus on P&L management, business strategy formulation, and the localization of global strategies. The role also involves promoting business through internal collaboration, managing and developing domestic teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales and cost targets. Applicants must have a background as a senior leader, with experience in leading a domestic sales team, and a proven track record in P&L management and business strategy implementation. Experience in business expansion within the technology industry or sales experience in the telecommunications industry is essential. The role requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree, fluent in Japanese and with business-level English, who is adept at working in a global environment. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with strong strategic thinking and execution skills, and be capable of making responsible, data-driven decisions.
