Head of Finance & Transformation

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance and Transformation to lead a significant program of change within its finance function. This pivotal role involves combining finance leadership, business transformation, and technology innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, driving a program of change across systems, processes, and reporting, and will play a central role in the selection and implementation of a new ERP system. The Head of Finance and Transformation will work closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and operational stakeholders to champion continuous improvement, challenge existing practices, and utilize technology to enhance efficiency and business performance. Applicants for the Head of Finance and Transformation position at the company should be fully qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a proven track record in senior finance leadership.
