Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff with a unique blend of technical acumen and operational expertise to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be deeply fascinated by the forefront of AI systems while maintaining a strong foundation in organizational management and driving cross-functional programs. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical innovation and strategic execution, with a focus on scaling AI-driven systems and ensuring their effective integration into operational programs. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including building and managing complex, cross-functional programs, turning AI work into robust company-wide initiatives, and systematically identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in high-growth tech, with a proven track record in roles such as Chief of Staff, Product Management, BizOps, or Engineering. Deep systems thinking capabilities, strong technical literacy in AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows, and exceptional communication skills are essential. The role also involves defining and enforcing operational guardrails for AI systems, preparing strategic materials, and ensuring the company's readiness for future growth and potential exit. The successful candidate will be an engineer of systems and processes, with a hands-on approach to AI implementation, and will play a key role in the company's organizational health and talent management.
