Vice President, Global Claims Transformation Initiative Lead

The Company is seeking a VP, Global Claims Transformation Initiative Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives within its Global Claims Transformation team. This leadership role is pivotal in taking capabilities from concept to execution across a complex, multicultural environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, design, and build-out of a defined transformation initiative, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into technical requirements. They will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation projects, develop and maintain project plans, and drive change management to ensure the adoption of new tools and workflows.
