Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to take on a pivotal role in leading the finance function and partnering with the Board and Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, shaping the organization's direction, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability. This includes leading the financial strategy, planning, and reporting, driving commercial performance, and overseeing various financial operations. The role demands a trusted adviser with a strong executive presence, capable of influencing at all levels, and a collaborative leader with a hands-on approach to continuous improvement. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a proven track record in executive finance leadership, preferably within a complex, values-driven organization. A CA or CPA qualification is essential.
