Senior Legal Counsel

The successful candidate will be at the forefront of negotiating SaaS and various commercial contracts, providing essential legal support to sales and partner departments, and ensuring compliance with a range of legal and regulatory matters, including those related to AI, privacy, and data protection. This role demands a professional with a strong background in technology, contract law, and revenue recognition principles, as well as the ability to work autonomously, manage deadlines, and communicate effectively in both Japanese and English. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of work experience, with a focus on commercial contract negotiation, and a Bachelor's degree. The role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of AI products, LLMs, and related legal issues, as well as experience in negotiating and advising on partner agreements.
