Head of Operations, Chief Operating Officer (COO) Track

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations with a clear mission: to transform the existing operational processes into a robust, documented, and continuously improving system. This role is pivotal, as the successful candidate will be responsible for the sales, customer success, hiring, and financial operating rhythm. The focus is on creating a repeatable and scalable operating model that can sustain the company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general management, business operations, or a COO-track role, with a proven track record of building and optimizing operating systems. They should be adept at working with functional leaders to ensure that the business's key metrics are not only met but can be consistently achieved. Applicants for this role at the company should have at least 10 years' experience in a relevant field and be comfortable with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach. The role is not for those who require a large team or a settled process to begin their work; it is about being the driving force behind operational excellence. The successful candidate will be expected to be the first general manager in the company, with the potential to grow into a COO as the business expands. Strong communication skills, the ability to work closely with the CEO, and a proactive, results-driven mindset are essential. The company values individuals who can take ownership of their work, are not afraid to have difficult conversations, and are adept at using AI and data to make informed decisions.
