Chief Design Officer

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Design Officer to spearhead the establishment and leadership of a new design studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the design vision in alignment with business objectives, setting design standards, and driving innovation to ensure design excellence across a diverse portfolio of premium real estate and lifestyle developments. This role demands a leader with a strong background in luxury design, particularly in the realms of real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle, and a proven track record in senior design leadership. The Chief Design Officer will also be tasked with building and scaling the internal design studio, recruiting and mentoring multidisciplinary creative teams, and fostering a culture of high performance and innovation. Key responsibilities for the Chief Design Officer include overseeing the design delivery of various projects, from concept to completion, and managing stakeholder relationships to ensure brand consistency and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years' of experience in a senior design leadership role, with a background that includes designing hotels, restaurants, F&B concepts, and residential developments. Strong communication, executive presentation skills, and commercial awareness are essential, as the role requires balancing creativity with timelines and budgets. Success in this position will be measured by design quality, creative innovation, studio growth, team performance, project delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
