Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to lead the finance function with a focus on both technical and commercial aspects. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, including financial reporting, FP&A, and strategic business partnering. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's ambitious growth plans, which are driven by a combination of organic expansion and a robust M&A strategy. The Head of Finance will also be instrumental in professionalizing and scaling the finance infrastructure, driving improvements in financial controls, and leading the finance team. Experience in a high-growth, acquisitive, or transformation environment, particularly within professional services, technology, or SaaS, is highly valued. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be professionally qualified accountants with a strong background in technical finance, reporting, and FP&A. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in financial management, a deep understanding of the requirements and pace of PE ownership, and experience in supporting M&A activities. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in automation, AI, and the future development of finance functions, and be adept at both strategic and hands-on operations.
