Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to join a high-growth, multi-site business. The successful candidate will be a key player in the professionalization of the finance function, with a focus on enhancing reporting capabilities and supporting operational decision-making. This pivotal role involves taking ownership of financial control, reporting, and performance insight, as well as leading a team to ensure robust processes are in place. The Head of Finance will be responsible for monthly management accounts, board-ready financial reporting, full balance sheet ownership, and managing high-volume B2C revenue transactions. Business partnering with operational leaders, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and driving process improvement initiatives are also key aspects of the position. Applicants for the Head of Finance role at the company should be ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with a proven track record as a Financial Controller or Head of Finance in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong experience in managing high-volume B2C revenue transactions, complex reconciliations, and driving process improvements is essential. The ideal candidate will have advanced KPI reporting capability, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills. Experience in a multi-site environment, particularly within healthcare, consumer, or other high-volume transactional sectors, is highly desirable.
