Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. This senior role is pivotal in establishing and developing first-class financial reporting processes, as well as conducting commercial analysis of project and portfolio performance. The successful candidate will have broad ownership of reporting for the portfolio, be responsible for the strategic implementation and development of the commercial finance strategy, and will be expected to manage and lead the finance team. A key aspect of the role is the liaison with the board and the presentation of financials on a monthly basis, so the ability to take ownership of senior-level presentations, including to the board, is essential. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA) with a background in energy or a high-growth business. Experience in a similar industry and the ability to develop processes in a high-growth environment are also important.
