Interim Head of Professional Services

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of Professional Services to lead a critical function during a period of transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clarity, consistency, and direction to the Professional Services teams, which include Migration Services and Design Studio. This role involves bringing the teams together under a clear leadership structure, coaching and developing staff, and strengthening collaboration both within Professional Services and with the wider business. The Interim Head will work closely with the VP of Customers and the leadership team to assess and implement practical improvements across all aspects of the Professional Services function, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for customers. Key responsibilities for the Interim Head of Professional Services include leading the function through a period of change, assessing and improving the operating model, and driving transformation to enhance customer outcomes. The role also involves managing the Professional Services team, owning the end-to-end customer experience, and strengthening the commercial impact of the function. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader from a client-facing, project-based services environment, with a strong focus on people management, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance customer needs with commercial and operational considerations. Cross-functional leadership is essential, as is the ability to work effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
