Vice President, Investment Banking, Infrastructure

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Infrastructure investment banking team. The successful candidate will be part of a dedicated team that advises a diverse range of clients, including corporates, infrastructure funds, and long-term investors, on infrastructure M&A, capital raises, and financing transactions. The role demands a high level of performance, with a focus on client-centric and entrepreneurial values. The Vice President will be responsible for detailed financial analysis, developing and maintaining complex financial models, preparing marketing materials, conducting research, and supporting the execution of transactions. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills are essential, as is a minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in investment banking, particularly in M&A or infrastructure-related corporate finance. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a solid understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and valuation methodologies, with a preference for those with direct sector experience in core infrastructure. The role requires a proven track record in executing relevant M&A or financing transactions, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in an additional European language is advantageous.
